  2. My coffee is cold-brewed (although it's caramel crème tea in the pot in the picture); and that's no-rBST heavy cream in the cow-creamer and demerara sugar in the sugar bowl. We were out of biscotti when I found some Tuesday evening at Fresh and Easy (our newest grocery shopping find), a smallish fresh and organic foods market that opened recently a couple miles from our house, with great values, too.
