I'd like to know what you do with this list. As in, how do you work with it on a weekely basis. Right now I prepare a cooked breakfast on Tues, Thurs and Sat. Homemade granola, oatmeal, waffles are available for people to prepare their own breakfasts on Mon, Wed and Fri. On Sunday, I serve toaster waffles and bacon (which my dh cooks the night before).

Oh, and I'd add baked oatmeal to the list. We also like oven pancakes and toad in the hole. These are options on my cooking days.

I don't know if you would enjoy them, but enchiladas make a great breakfast too (especially on colder days), and Drew's way of making them is pretty easy (and not too spicy either).
